The number of payment with PayPal is once per month in principle, but you may change the payment method to payment in installments or revolving payments depending on a credit card campany which you use if you request the change of the number of payments after the completion of the payment.
However, if you would like to change the payment method to installments or revolving payments after your payment, your setting and the amount of money should meet the condition.
